Our Goal:

That the students in the Chicago Indian Church Sunday School will be able to articulate their faith in Christ and what it means to be a child of God.

Our Mission:

Teaching to Live LIFE (Psalm 16:11)

Learning together; Including all who come; Finding Others; Emerging for ministry

What this means:

Helping children begin a new life in Jesus Christ, enabling them to commit their lives to Him, demonstrating God's love at all times, teaching them to share their faith that others will know and grow, and to serve Him as Lord.

Objectives:

1. Teach the Word so that the student learns God's love and understands God's expectations.

2. Communicate the relevance of God's Word to their lives (context, family, friends, school, community)

3. Pray for children to make individual decisions to make Jesus the Lord of their lives.
